Forge tools are research workflow aids provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

Users are responsible for determining whether a tool is suitable for their workflow, materials, chemicals, loads, cleaning methods, equipment and safety requirements.

Hasu is not responsible for spills, contamination, injury, equipment damage, data loss, or other losses arising from use, misuse, modification, printing, cleaning, shipping, handling, or storage of Forge tools.

Physical tool requests are manually reviewed and fulfilled based on availability. Submission of a request does not guarantee fulfilment.

Downloaded files and documentation are provided under the applicable CC BY-NC 4.0 license unless otherwise stated. Attribution to Hasu Biosystems is required for redistribution, and commercial use is not permitted without written permission.

Forge tools are not sterile medical devices, containment devices, or safety-rated laboratory equipment. Users are responsible for cleaning, sterilization, compatibility, and institutional safety review.
